Flex offers excellent opportunities for those that are self-driven and motivated but able to work as part of a diverse team. Flex's strength is the people -- there are many very talented individuals, but the real power comes when they work as a team.

Cons

Because there is not a lot of corporate overhead, you may sometimes find that you wear more than one hat. But that also helps you learn new skills, gain new experience, and grow your own career.
