Great management. A company that is truly growing in LED lighting technology from rear lighting to front lighting. It is looking toward the future and hiring top talent to make the organization succeed.

Cons

Some of the structure and organization seems disorganized and processes are lacking. Some of the organization is a start up which is exciting, specifically in the electronics arena.
