This is the third job i have in my industry and when i think of a healthy work environment this is flex n gate is the first thought. 1. Supportive management 2. Workloads reasonable 3. All types of resources

1. International company therefore evenings calls and early morning calls so you have late evenings. 2. Some departments have older management with old mindset
