      Awful (local?) HR management. Total lack of response and support. Have forgotten the "human" side of HR. Non existing corporate HR management, opportunities to grow/relocate, training,... Old fashioned working culture and management No corporate manufacturing system, lack of standardization / procedures / organization / communication...
