Friendly environment, great benefits, secure full time work with lots of overtime if desired. Equal opportunity environment with room for advancement .

Cons

Management needs work on hiring qualified people in key areas such as PLC programming and engineering . So many unresolved technical issues due to the problem of people not qualified enough to resolve them. Lack of competitive compensation at this level could be the issue ; but whatever the case I wish they would resolve it . Life would so less stressful for people in the trenches if they did so. In the long run the companies investment in such people would most likely bring about a most profitable return .

Everyone from the management is super nice. They support you in every possible way. They understand their strength and asks them work that is manageable easily.

Cons

It is very fast paced. Sometimes its hard to keep up but I guess that is every where.
