      Pros

      It was great pay pretty easy work you had a set shift with great hours after the first ninety days you could be hired on as union.

      Cons

      I was having transportation difficulties so it was hard for me to get back and forth to work but other than that I loved it.

      Pros

      The company has some brilliant and hard working people, competitive to very good compensation, and is highly successful to the point of bringing in new work when the competition is down sizing. For the first couple years, FNG was the best place I had ever worked.

      Cons

      There seems to have been a trend over the last 3-4 years of doing the minimum necessary to move forward, rather than doing the right thing. No matter what the profits were, they were never enough. The company seems to be deviating from what made them what they are today.
