      Pros

      Flex is always striving to improve the process, to make it safer, and easier. They give EVERY employee a chance to show what they have, and reward with opportunities to improve themselves. The only limitations for Flex is your drive and motivation. You can go as far as you want.

      Cons

      I became an employee of Flex in 2007 when they purchased of plant. I've had several opportunities to leave, once for better pay, but I stayed. I can not think of any Cons for Flex.
