Pros

Good pay and good benefits for being in Sandusky. It's not Ford pay but good pay for the area.

Cons

transition from a Ford plant has it's ups and downs but both hourly and salary are willing to work together to make it a good place to work.

Pros

nothing other than some of the co-workers were nice.

Cons

each upper management at the vp level and their organization has their own agenda. No collaboration among them for a one team or one company direction. A US company being driven by a Canadian team that has no understanding of USA laws. Several situations where a VP or plant director should have been disciplined if not terminated for the actions and upper management including HR VP response is to discipline the person trying fix the situation or reign in the in-experienced person in management. CEO has no real knowledge of what is going on with his staff as he only gets the Rosie glasses picture.
