You will be micromanaged. Long shifts, very small breaks. If you go to the bathroom for “too long” they’ll try to write you up about it. Point system is horrible, bathroom and working conditions are subpar..

decent healthcare benefits and programs for families or single people

Horrible mismanagement and power struggle between different job titles Payroll system and clocking in system is against you and has a very high turnover rate because you were 1 minute late multiple times a day, yet not being paid for coming in early. 2nd and 3rd shift are treated as second hand workers as the vast majority of preference is towards 1st shift.
