      Supervisors do the best they can with the limited support they receive from upper management

      Cons

      Upper management specifically manufacturing and quality are always covering for each other; spend more time trying to stay off corporate's radar than providing true leadership within the organization.

      Hot and dirty work. Still a lot of old equipment. Occasional serious accidents. A lot of required overtime in some positions.
