Great easy job with fair pay, not the best manangement

Pros

The pay is good compared to the work you do. You're not overworking yourself at all. Plenty of overtime, and management has an open door policy. Good first minimum wage job compared to competitors. Great benefits.

Cons

Management can be pretty messy at times, such as bad communication and unequal enforcement across departments. Constant layoffs due to the industry we are in. Ability to change to whatever shift you want is pretty limited.

Health insurance is fantastic! Overtime almost always available

Cons

Miserably hot in the summer. At times the overtime is too much. Find yourself working 6 or 7 days in a row on occasion.
