favoritism is the only way to be promoted to the best postions or even to be in the best stations on the line.

There was always favorites and those people seemed to have more job security. Lacking Training.

You received over time ( straight hours) when working over 45 hours.

Cons

Culture, plant manager had his favorites that he had worked with for years. They had no education but we’re in front office and management positions and received large bonuses.
