Pros
I can’t speak to other divisions, but my position as a designer was probably the best job I could’ve hoped for coming out of college. Great coworkers. Great rapport with my boss which created a good environment for me to learn and try out new things. Lots of opportunities creatively. Company/boss was flexible, understanding, and aware of employees needs outside of work. Boss made a point to create camaraderie within the design group with group lunches and a relaxed environment to talk about things other than strictly work. Overall a really, really great experience cut short because of COVID.
Cons
The only thing I can think of is maybe some more flexibility with working remotely during normal times (post pandemic).
