If you have a flexible schedule and want to work then it's great
Pros
Good pay, friendly coworkers, easy interview. Though I have an A+ certification, their hiring process will basically bring anyone on as a temp. I have seen people come in that didn't know the first thing about computers get jobs, but their success varies. Good pay, and they have overtime almost every week since covid started
Cons
At the moment they require 10 hours for five days a week every week, and you can't really expect less even if they call it temporary. With that said, when you sign on for a schedule, don't expect it to stay constant. I have seen many situations where they blame individual techs for mistakes instead of the system they are running, such as part supply being down and blaming techs for not finishing repairs fast enough.
