      The business moves quickly, and lots of opportunities to learn and spread your wings because they are staffed so lean

      Sometimes quick decisions don't lead to good results, and lean staff and learning opportunities can also mean, lots of hours and burnout

      You get to learn all the time, some thing new about Cell phones.

      Cons

      Raises are not something important. Bonus pay is getting harder to recevice. The team works very hard with hours that are all over the place. No routine, the schedules are so different every week.All team member get there days and hours to work mixed up. The Managers and Supervisors arrive late and leave early every week, but tell the team to not be tardy.
