The training is very intensive and very fast, which leaves you feeling like you just got a lot of information beamed into your brain in a short amount of time. Didn't always feel like I retained it long-term, though that depends on the instructor--and if you don't quickly figure it out on the job, you'll probably find yourself with a slower paced assignment...and since there can also be a bit of a time between assignments depending on how long they need you for and who needs work, that can be a bad thing for your bank account. Ex: for my first assignment, I worked for a VERY fast paced office and was replaced after only two days of working by myself on the phones, without even an explanation for what I was doing wrong or how to improve myself. The people there were wonderful, and I understand everyone is busy, but...yeah. That choice seemed a bit strange to me.
