I started my journey with FlexTrade 6 months ago, and the experience has been incredibly rewarding. The company provides excellent exposure to both technical and domain knowledge, especially in the fintech space. The work environment is supportive, and the leadership team is approachable and genuinely invested in employee growth. There are plenty of opportunities to learn new technologies, collaborate with talented colleagues, and take ownership of impactful work.

Cons

No major cons so far. Overall, it has been a very positive experience, and I hope the culture continues this way.
