Pros
Since it is a small company you get to play a lot of roles. So you get some really good exposure. It is a great company as a start-up. The pay is also competent with other companies and the bonus is also quite good.
Cons
Since it is a small company, it is not that renowned. So it will not create a great impression on your resume for the company name. But the work is really good. The people tend to get very serious as soon as they step in the office premises. It would have been fun had it been a little lighter. Colleagues hardly have a chat over coffee or something. The other thing is if you are into some kind of development work, you also have to support it. So you have to be there from 8:30-5:30 even if you do not have any work. And there is no work from home.
