There are often calms and storms of workload; periods of quiet followed by periods of intensity that require working longer hours to deal with There are the usual growing pains of a smaller company becoming a mid-size company in a short space of time A lot of recent structure changes in Client Services have been disrupted, but this looks to be settling down for the near future
