Pros

Excellent corporate culture Involved and proactive HR team Lots of fun social and team building events Great platform and technology stack to work with Fantastic views from the 34th floor!

Cons

Many, many different technologies in use - which is only a bad thing if you only know one technology, and are uninterested in learning new stuff! As with any glass building... the AC sometimes doesn't win!

Pros

Good products. Freedom. Flexible in lot of ways. Good place for fresh tech grads to start career.

Cons

High attrition. Very few people with experience of global business, sales and solving complex problems. They don't stick around. Old school seller driven approach not market driven. Emphasis on contracts signing but not on what needs to be done next for delivery. Stretched out too thin by opening remote offices without proper understanding of their markets and proper communication. Subtle alienation of people who voice client interests and inefficiencies. Random and ambigious agreements on matters of business interest and incentives. Project tasks dropped and deadlines missed without notification. Disconnect and politics between offices which creates awkward situations for clients and employees trying to go about their normal business. Lack of communication between teams working on the same project or for same client. Business and client problems are handled as if they were school test problems. No prevention and procedures to avoid those problems. No proactive training programs, inclusion and information sharing on existing tools and new initiatives. Hands-free management which in absence of processes turns into buck passing when things go wrong in which buddies are protected. Embedded fiefdom mindset - wanting to protect existing and create more silos even when incumbents don't want one.
