* People: Very sharp, enthusiastic, friendly and sociable people to work alongside * Genuinely open-minded about how to improve and will listen to feedback * The company is growing so there are lots of opportunities to work on valuable projects * Engineering focus, which means the teams try out lots of new ideas and technologies

* Overall strategy can be confusing to understand * Growing can sometimes create friction and some gaps do appear that can take time to figure out
