- HR is friendly and approachable - A nice place to learn about trading platforms and their implementation - Employees have the liberty of exploring other areas of technologies whenever they have the spare time to do it - The company is encouraging people to be health conscious. There is a weekly supply for fruits.

Cons

- Tardiness is getting obvious - No team building or outing - Not enough meeting rooms and some meeting rooms do not have all the facilities that are needed such as a computer - Not much communication from the senior management about the company's long term strategy and the areas where the company needs to improve to stay competitive

- Mostly smart, friendly colleagues - A great HR team that really is trying to make it a better place to work - Some new and interesting projects - Some nice perks, such as free lunch on Fridays - A great place to learn about large legacy systems

Cons

- A lot of office politics, especially between the international offices - The company is becoming much more corporate - Big divide between departments, particularly between the development and support teams, in terms of workload, trust, and general socialising - Most people work relatively long hours, despite having flexi-time - Very few people make use of their 10% time (FlexTime) - Having to work with incredibly old systems - Average to below-average pay, unless you've been around for a while - A high bus-factor, a few long-serving employees are heavily relied upon - Lots of meetings - Over-obsession with Agile and Kanban-type processes
