Pros

As I see more and more new faces at FlexTrade, I continue to feel confident about the direction of the company. These new faces are mostly new additions to staff and not replacements for employees who have moved on. It gives me a sense that WE are on the right trajectory and continuing to grow. It makes it easy to have confidence in the days/weeks/months/years ahead.

Cons

Most of my previous concerns are gone.

* Good support from management to try new things * Focus on quality and testing * Integrated teams (dev, qa, ux) * Strong support/client services team * Great social life, out of office events etc

Cons

* Poor interaction with users, hard to direct projects * Teams can feel a little too isolated, not much inter-team involvement * Growing from a small company to a larger one has shown some management/growing pains
