      Good learning experience related to financial markets and trading technology

      Cons

      Not at all a good environment to work and grow in career. Management sucks. No HR & company policies in place and changes very frequently. If you want to grow somebody pull your leg rather to encourage. Salary manipulation and no rewards for good work.

      For few months you will find work interesting.

      Cons

      Upper level management is worst. No one to one interaction. They dont know how to get work done from people. Never praise for your work. After a certain time you will find your work boring.
