Job security is good, exposure to a industry standard trading systems

Cons

Client Support developer is mostly overworked,no good work/life balance, work from home not provided for all employees and not encouraged even if provided Favoritism from higher level management very stressful job, pay not commensurate with work done. No great benefits compared to industry no career advancement programs
