      Easy to negotiate things - except salary, which is not even negotiable

      Cons

      Sometimes need to work overtime without getting paid, also not able to exchange it with time-off No remote despite the job content is suitable for working remotely

      Best work life balance, Salary hike is very good, Lot of skills you can upgrade and lots many things to learn. HRs are very helpful Very good company for long run.

      Cons

      Parking space is still an issue. (although it is common issue for every company in pune)
