Pay the employee for his/her worth. There is no point of paying way less than the market rate. The cost of interviewing, rehiring and training new employee far exceeds than paying the current employee with market rate. The atrrition rate of the company is 1 year, far lower than any other company. If you are not creating environment for people to stay then you are not a place to work, just a place to earn and move on. Nepotism is so much high. You can't appoint people to positions which they don't deserve and leave the employees with 5+ years in assosiate positions.

There's no transparency on what the management does. A lot of employees get stuck in the circle and are unable to move out, and the more time you spend there, the more unemployable you become outside. It is worse if you need a visa. And blame game is rampant. I don't know of one person who was happy at their job at Flextrade. There's only stick and (almost) no carrot. Every year is a "bad year" when it's time for year end bonus. I'd advise every one to stay away from this place.
