You have an end-to-end OMS environment to play with. Force you to prepare for your next job at some point since they don't intend to keep people.

Cons

flat salary curve felling way behind at 9% inflation. health insurance costs eat up part of the salary. work life imbalance most of the time. Leaving is the only way to find success so there is opportunity cost when enter the company.
