Started my Journey almost 5 years back with FlexTrade and it has been an enriching experience with lots of business and technical learning of the fintech domain. Management is very helpful and understands the needs of employee and they do take good care of their employees. Company has a very open working culture where you can interact across teams without much formalities. HR keeps organizing fun events every now and then to keep the atmosphere light. TT, carrom and other games are organized every Wednesday. badminton on Thursdays and Cricket on Fridays. Lunch is provided by the company every friday and there are always fruits and snacks available in the pantry for a quick bite.
