      Pros

      Supportive and skilled team members in team. Learning curve is good especially for freshers. Financial knowledge will be improved while working here as a lot of exposure to financial terms and all. No unnecessary hierarchy in the company Human resources Team and people working in company are in general very approachable Overall it is a good company. Work culture in the company is pretty good.

      Pros

      - Many recent efforts to keeps employees "in the know" about what is going on around the company (Covid protocols, Office design plans, product trajectories) -Flat organization- people in high-level positions are accessible. -Collaboration is common, and the organization is filled with smart people. -HR and recruitment team were easy to work with through onboarding, even helping with my visa transfer quite competently...

      Cons

      -Better initial training needed- especially for those coming from outside of the Fintech domain. -Vacation package could be slightly better. Most can only reach 20 days after obtaining VP level. No upward movement in vacation days until then.

      Below are some of pros about working at FlexTrade : 1.Lot of things to learn technically as well as domain wise if you have not worked in financial domain before. 2.Ownership of work : You will have ownership of your work and most of time work independently without much interference. 3.Supportive team members . 4.Good salary , above market standards. 5.HR is very supportive and always assists employees.

      Cons

      No joining bonus. No onsite opportunity. No canteen and transport facilities.
