Getting exposure to Fintech. Good place to start your career.

Cons

Pay the employee for his/her worth. There is no point of paying way less than the market rate. The cost of interviewing, rehiring and training new employee far exceeds than paying the current employee with market rate. The atrrition rate of the company is 1 year, far lower than any other company. If you are not creating environment for people to stay then you are not a place to work, just a place to earn and move on. Nepotism is so much high. You can't appoint people to positions which they don't deserve and leave the employees with 5+ years in assosiate positions.

a lot of latitude/independence very flat hierarchy/structure startup feel self-starters have ability to take ownership of product sales

Cons

none so far, some feeling of lack of structure but comes with territory of having a flat hierarchy and flexibility
