      Pros

      I have had many jobs and never have I been treated the way I am treated in FlexTrade. The culture at FlexTrade is by far the greatest asset. Truly care about the happiness of the employees. It has a relaxed and calm environment, even though the work we do is fast paced. I don't feel anxious coming into work on Monday mornings and the managers are extremely patient and understanding. -Flexible with Vacation Time -Pantry is always fully stocked with fruits and snacks -Free Lunch on Friday's

      Pros

      You will get to work with a lot of brilliant people. Work is fast paced with almost no red tape like at the bigger firms. Job stability is a plus point.

      Cons

      Work can get very intense as the teams are very small and close-knit but there are almost no backups for most roles. This also means you will learn to manage time better than at most other firms and will learn a lot in even a small time. Not located centrally so commute can be a concern if you aren't on Long Island although there is a smaller NYC office.

      Pros

      FlexTrade is a good place to work. Learnt a lot about financial markets and trade life cycle. Supportive leader's team. Work is recognized and appreciated. Good work life balance. Flexible working hrs. Concept of Friday free lunch is very good.
