Pros
I've been an employee at FlexTrade for about half a year now. It's been an extremely enjoyable and enriching experience. The work-life balance is good, and colleagues and seniors are extremely helpful. There's a lot of business and technical learning, along with weekly sports and occasional activities/training, such as business communication seminars, Zumba, cultural events, and outings. It's an invaluable learning experience as well as a lot of fun. There's plenty of ownership along with strong mentorship. The quick review cycle ensures that you're getting feedback and learning continuously. Inter- and intra-team communication is good, which also helps with interpersonal growth. I've learned a lot about C++ and SDE best practices. A significant portion of work involves C++, which was a big plus-point for me, while there are also other development roles in the company. The well-defined technical ladder allows growth to very senior levels while continuing to stay technical.
