Pros

The number one thing to work for PMG is the money. It sounds too good to be true but the money is real. They are one of the only ones to take care of your lodging also so that's a good thing also. If you are uncomfortable with any situation with the client PMG will make sure to resolve it. They don't hassle you if you take care of business and their checks always clear.

Cons

Travel isn't for everybody. Everyone has a different situation and being under contract your voice doesn't carry as much weight with the client. You don't get paid holidays or vacation but that's why we get paid what we do.

Pros

There are none at PMG.

Cons

Unethical business practices. Management does not take employment laws into consideration. HR does not take complaints seriously even when based on factual evidence. There’s a lot of “pretext” at PMG.

Pros

Flexible - can work from anywhere. Love that I can go stay somewhere for a week and still work from wherever I am. Also with PTO, there is an amount you get a year but they are very flexible and will pretty much grant all time off that is requested. Pay - Great base and excellent commission structure Team - everyone is on the same team and working towards the same goal. PMG is very open to new ideas and processes as we have experienced a lot of growth in the last 2 years. The HR team has put out surveys over the last year or so due to the state of the world to check in and actually implement the feedback given in the surveys Wellness Benefit - monthly reimbursement for wellness activities like gym memberships or supplies needed for home office

Cons

Cant think really think of anything. every company has their little things but defiantly not worth mentioning. I'm sure I will think of something after submitting...
