Pros

They have a casual dress policy, a nice kitchen, a relaxed atmosphere and a nice area to take smoke breaks.

Cons

It is almost impossible to follow the constant changes in company direction. Performance is rarely if ever rewarded. Business fluctuations cause constant worry about job security.

Since receiving this feedback we have implemented a few new processes to help address some of the areas identified for improvement in this review. First, we have implemented companywide quarterly meetings. These meetings are attended by every employee in the company and review our organizational goals and objectives for the current quarter, current year and five year plan, our progress in achieving those goals to date and next scheduled steps to work towards achieving goals. In addition to providing our employees consistent communication on our vision and plans to achieve our goals, these meetings have become a fun event for the entire company to get together, enjoy refreshments and discuss both recent successes and plans for achieving future success. Additionally, we’ve begun rolling out a formal annual review process with quarterly check in meetings to ensure employees regularly receive performance feedback and have an opportunity to discuss performance expectations and growth goals with their manager on a regular basis.

Pros

They were full of information and very helpful. They use a pay card system that makes getting paid easy, and for a nominal fee you can transfer money to your personal bank account. You can also get a companion card, and add money immediately to whomever you send the card to. They have been very helpful with any questions that I have asked of them and are available. I would guess that each job is differant, but here if you don't have your own vehicle they specify a time for leaving to the job, and back, and if people need to do some shopping.

Cons

I as stated in the title, so far so good. I hope this to be a great working relationship, thank you PMG, and yes, keep up the good work!

Pros

Nice looking environment to work in.

Cons

Their new product is so high priced that it will never sell. Their old product has sold from time to time but it's not sustainable. Also, employees are exposed to threats of harm because PMG's product is providing strikebreakers (aka scabs) during union strikes.
