-flexible schedule -work hard, play hard -open door policy with management -great compensation -room for growth -team outings and bonding events This company has come a very long way and I only see a positive and prosperous future!

Cons

-PTO plan needs improvement -would prefer a more central office location

Competitive Salary Benefits Positive Work Environment Truly a "Team"--The Entire Company Works Together Amazing Office How many people can say they love what they do, but also the people they work with and their work environment? I can honestly say, that I do and consider myself lucky to have found such a phenomenal place to work. The PMG way is that if you work hard, you will be rewarded. I can't say enough good things about working at PMG.
