Great benefits (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, 401k w/ match, HSA w/ match, wellness fund) - Team building events - Tough Mudder, volunteering - Free Bikes4Kidz, TC Kids in Need - Great work spaces, I love that our office has windows! Everyone is equipped with a sit/stand desk. - Breakroom with snacks, healthy food options, grill for cookouts! - Donut Fridays!

PMG has an overall great work culture with great employees. Everyone has a "work hard play hard" mindset which makes the environment fun and competitive! One of my favorite perks is the casual dress code.

Working at PMG has been an amazing experience! It is the best of both worlds- small enough where you know all of your coworkers and can effect positive change and yet still has a national reach! I love that I also get to wear so many hats. No day is the same! PMG challenges me and helps me grow professionally everyday. Leadership is very supportive of my ideas and pushes me to my full potential. The company benefits are also awesome! We have great health care/PTO options, but we also have a company wellness program and remote flexibility. PMG invests a lot into the health and happiness of their employees.
