Pros

It s a small company so its a good place for people to advance or promote.

Cons

There is a distinctive unbalanced line between college educated and experienced. It used to be a family oriented company with an eye for quality work, but focus has changed to profit.

Pros

There are not any perks to working here, the company has no future. This is a very small organization struggling to find talent. It's kind of like watching a bad Dukes of Hazzard episode everyday.

Cons

Pay is not competitive in its field, even factoring in a buyers market for employers. For how close in proximity everyone is to each other communication is a joke, as is their business acumen. It's basically a Texas A&M retirement home for type "A" personalities that have no clue what the words "training" or "development" entail. I've never encountered such a lack of professionalism in my career.

Pros

Very knowledgeable of the Fall Protection Industry and what customers are looking for in fall protection.

Cons

Training of new employees in field is minimal to say the least . Installer certifications are lacking in all areas.
