Pros

It s a small company so its a good place for people to advance or promote.

Cons

There is a distinctive unbalanced line between college educated and experienced. It used to be a family oriented company with an eye for quality work, but focus has changed to profit.

Pros

Great company to work for. It is a small company, so your contribution can have a great impact. You have a great opportunity to make decisions and take responsibility. Great environment that is dog friendly!

Cons

It's not necessarily a con, but because it is a small company you have to understand that you will have to wear many hats working for this company. Many times you have to do more than the job description to successfully complete the project. It's not a problem unless someone is the slacker type.
