      Pros

      Before the massive layoffs in Jan 2023, the company culture was great. It had a great vibe, the people that were hired usually fit in quite well and even though expectations and workload were high, there was a sort of collective mindset to pull on the same string.

      Cons

      There are quite a few colleagues who have gone out with burnout - In the past two years, I know of at least 10 people in an office of 300, which is really only the ones I know of.
