Pros

Working for this company offers an array of notable advantages. These include an exceptional work-life balance, with employees typically required to be in the office only once a week. Moreover, the company generously provides nourishing meals, relieving the need to bring or purchase food during office hours. Additionally, the company offers the valuable perk of unlimited PTO, allowing employees the flexibility to take time off as needed. Finally, the comprehensive benefits package further enhances the overall appeal of working for this exceptional organization.

Cons

Flexport is an exceptional company to be a part of, offering an abundance of opportunities. My only desire is to see even greater avenues for personal and professional growth within the organization. Flexport’s operational dynamics have brought about unpredictability, resulting in several individuals being transitioned across various responsibilities within Accounts Payable and unfortunately experiencing layoffs. Fortunately, I managed to avoid being affected by these workforce reductions. However, considering the substantial shifts in roles, it would be beneficial for there to be some form of compensation provided to facilitate this transition.

Pros

- Genuinely nice people and coworkers to be with - Good mission and values (at least that's what it seemed like)

Cons

- Pay is terrible and opportunities for promotion/growth are nearly nonexistent - Company is the poster child for fake diversity. Lip service paid to their ERGs, while continuing to only hire white males for management positions - Ryan cares more about his personal image than employees. He also used to make insensitive remarks and microaggression comments during all hands - C-suite is a sociopathic boys club - No 401k match
