I think this is more of a con for the temp service (Kelly Services) that I was recruited through than it is for FlightSafety, but the communication when I was let go due to COVID could have been better. I had to call my supervisor to tell them I was let go before they even got a word of it. I think the higher-level management in Flightsaety and the temp agency should have informed my direct supervisors first. My direct supervisors were very apologetic about this.
