Pros

I got to work with some of the smartest minds. There is a great work atmosphere with a good balance of work and fun. I had a brilliant learning curve as I got to work on multiple technologies within just two years. A lot of the work I did had a good amount visibility associated to it and so it was always felt like I was making a difference.

Cons

Bureaucracy had started creeping in. The previously existing flexibility in choosing projects had started fading away.

Amazing focus and willingness to develop for the Indian consumer.

Cons

Nothing really, the hunger had reduced due to over hiring but glad to know that it is getting back to its focused and earnest effort days.
