My experience with Flock over the last 2 years is a journey I wouldn't trade for anything. As an individual contributor, there are highs and lows but strong leaders are there to guide you to success. As a person who takes Glassdoor reviews into serious consideration before joining a company, I can confidently say Flock is where you want to be. As a remote company, leadership could find more creative ways to grow culture. Ie more in-person events (especially within departments) Pay could be better - equity is great No 401-K match
