      Pros

      relaxed environment, room to grow, everybody is very caring and willing to help. employees care a lot about their work, but also have some fun at the same time.

      . The founders have a strong vision, awe-inspiring technology, and an untapped market . We're leveraging both homegrown hardware + software to help eliminate nonviolent crime...it's mission-driven work . Hard-working, smart team that makes me go home wondering how lucky I am to get to work with these people everyday . Everything is measured and outcomes are rewarded . This industry is growing incredibly quickly and I get to be a part of creating something that will last . Work-life balance is whatever you make it to be. We're expected to work hard and get our work done, but we are not asked to sacrifice life outside of work . Casual dress code . Dog-friendly office . Unlimited snacks, sparkling water, and craft coffee

      Cons

      My chair squeaked...seriously, the three days I didn't have access to WD-40 might be the only con of working here.
