Brilliant developers to learn from. Very open environment where your thoughts and ideas are truly valued, and be given the chance to explore new technologies. The team has members around the world, and they do an excellent job of keeping everyone involved to feel like a cohesive unit. The higher ups cares about the company, but more so the people that make the company. Very employee centric, and excellent benefits. When they say they invite all team members to take a good hold of their seat at the table, they mean it. If you want to be a leader and take on a certain aspect of the company, they fully support that and will guide you there. Very humble and selfless group of people.
Cons
Time zones can make it challenging staying close with team members on the other side of the globe. It's a hard task to challenge, and they do a good job with it as of now. Find more avenues to integrate team members from different areas to collaborate on features.
