Great people to work with.

Cons

Principals are not advicates for the teachers. The pay is very low, and students behavior gets push under the rug.

Friendly atmosphere. Most teachers are a joy to work around. Benefits okay.

Cons

Poor management skills amidst supervisors. The 'little man' isn't appreciated though the work they do keeps the building up and going. No competitive pay.
