Supervisors are incompetent, shop online during work hours and humiliate to intimidate.
Pros
Loved working with students for over eight years, they made my tenure "doable." Good colleagues/coordinators, it truly becomes misery loves company. Facility in Boca is good, if one ever gets out of their office to enjoy!
Cons
Absolutely NO support from supervisors. Humiliation, gossip, lack of raise or promotions given to extremely diligent and creative workers. Favortism is constant for those in "good" with deans. Working conditions are a joke. Cannot even leave to use the restroom without director yelling "where is everyone?" There is no time to train, though responsibilities are continually added [on]. Tuition remission exists, yet supervisors will not approve time off for courses. I have no regrets in this experience, yet suggest NO one work here, the focus is upon online courses, cutting salaries of middle level coordinators and instructors and ultimately, the students are losing out, we have too many students to serve!
