When it comes to working here the energy of the environment is very nice, high energy. When it comes to management it is great to see a group that values constant continued improvement to making their process and compensation better. As well the training process.

Cons

When it comes to saying we are going to do something ie(fix bloomfire & property and casualty). Be closer to actually implementing the change before announcing it.
