Pros

There are many things I value working at Florida Financial Advisors, and the one thing that stands out above all is the training I have received while being here. Nowhere else have I found a company that dedicates itself to improving its leaders and juniors to take them to their highest possible level.

Cons

As the saying around Florida Financial Advisors goes, "there is no end to better" I believe we can always strive to improve. With that being said The only thing I could see improving with Florida Financial Advisors is the timeline to ramping up new Advisors. I would like to see new Advisors getting more comfortable with being Advisors on their own faster.

After you pay for your licenses, you have your licenses to go somewhere better.

Cons

-Long Hours for 0 pay -have to invest atleast a grand into your licenses -meet monday for the same meetings while you get your licenses -if you leave before they say you are a financial advisor, they keep your clients - Pay for benefits -"Fast" start is deceptive in Net Annualized Commission for their weekly financing of 600 read next bullet -Prepare to fork over a 6 month emergency fund while you work towards your "fast" start.
